Adoption Announcements

Announcing the adoption of your child should be just like announcing a newborn baby....a chance to celebrate!! Make sure you send an email to Tammy at church tammy@pathwaycommunity.org after you bring your child home. This will place an announcement in the weekend bulletin. You must send it by Tuesday to be in the weekend bulletin, otherwise it will go in the following weekend. You may include:

*your name
*child's name
*birthdate
*birth country
*date with forever family
*address (for congrats cards)

You can consider sending out adoption announcements to family and friends, especially those that live farther away. My friend Jenn did these for us after Kate came home and they turned out AMAZING. I posted this previously on our personal blog, so our last name was covered for privacy.
